The bill was filed by Representative Bradley and Michaela Brickley, a sixth grade student at Hingham Middle School. Both Michaela and Representative Bradley testified in favor of the bill which would mandate that all school buses are required to have seat belts. This was the second visit to the State House for Miss Brickley, who also testified in favor of the same bill back in June, 2007.
